(6/96 - present), responsible for maximizing profit from the 41 33MVS turbines in the Altamont Pass area. Following loss of engineering support, became adept in problem-solving with a minimum of inventory and a maximum of red-tape. Developed a predictive, preventive assessment program that, under bankruptcy conditions, nonetheless accomplished 101% DPO for the first time in the Altamont. Lead staff person responsible for supervision of crews of up to ten people and maintenance of all electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. Advised operations staff regarding most efficient and profitable use of turbines.
(1993 - 1996), Windplant job sites included Canada, India, Japan, Spain, Costa Rica, Minnesota and Palm Springs. Responsible for customs clearing, transporting, coordinating, supervising inventory and distributing material to the contractors on site. Set up local accounts and vendors for use by the operations and maintenance personnel. Supervised crew of up to 13 people. Trained and supervised turbine retrofits, including transmission grinding, and blade weighing and repair. Trained, supervised and participated in the testing and startup of windplants. Prepared all documentation reports and correspondence.

Provided training and technical assistance, quality control, materials scheduling and liaison between parties constructing new 7.5 MW windplant. Responsible for physical operation, maintenance, repair and retrofit of existing windplant; training and supervision of work performed by staff, temporary employees and sub-contractors.
